Message
Our company was established as a manufacturer of ignition devices for 2-cycle engines in Oppamahoncho, Yokosuka City in 1974.
We have been developing engine peripherals such as digital tachometers, hourmeters, and meters for rallies. Also, we have been engaged in development, manufacturing and sales of small gear heads for bush cutters and electric industrial machines from 1998.
We obtained ISO9001 (International Organization for Standardization quality system) in December 1994. We have been making efforts to provide products and services that meet the expectations and needs of the customers on the basis of our management policy: "Quality first".
A new building that pays a great deal of attention to the manufacturing environment was completed in Natsushimacho, Yokosuka City in 2001.Its cutting-edge manufacturing facilities enable us to conduct our quality control procedures with a well-prepared system.
In September 2011 we established AB TECH (NINGBO) CO.,LTD.,」 a joint venture in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, China.
We will continue to be a technology-development-type corporation that aims for further challenge and progress, always seeks to meet the diversifying needs, and does not hesitate to change flexibly.

Since our founding we have been developing, manufacturing and selling the most critical part of engines, which are called engine ignition devices and supply high voltage to the spark plugs of small engines.
For many years we only produced CDI systems, but in recent years we started putting effort into producing TCI systems as well, as we aim to expand our business even further.

Gearhead product development, manufacturing, and sales
We primarily develop, manufacture and sell gear heads for brush cutters; gear heads transmit the power for turning the cutting blades and is one of the most important parts of a brush cutter.
We have our own production facilities for cutting gears and have earned a reputation for excellent reliability among our customers due to our very precise gear heads, which are made of high-quality gears.

We apply our expertise in engine ignition systems to develop, manufacture, and sell products such as tachometers that measure engine RPM by detecting ignition signals, and hour meters that measure engine operating time.
These products are widely used as maintenance tools and onboard measurement devices for various types of gasoline engines, including those in agricultural machinery, motorcycles, automobiles, racing karts, and motorboats.
